![]() ![]() ![]() So I wrote to them twice more in the last 2 weeks, no response still, obviously they know they're in the wrong and are refusing a legit request for a refund. I emailed them, finally got a response saying they weren't going to refund me, despite my issue being a legit reason for refund, I have read the policy. As it says in their refund policy, any technical issues are a cause for refund. ![]() Bought this product a few weeks ago and tried to recover photos from the cloud, every single time I've tried since then I get a technical error from there servers, it has not even tried to connect to the cloud once as the software doesn't work.
